Terms of Service

VeVe Alpha is an independent analytics service for the VeVe and StackR marketplaces. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to VeVe, ECOMI, OMI, StackR, or any brand or licensor whose collectibles appear in our data.

We collect, verify and publish data about collectibles traded on VeVe and StackR: floor prices, sales history, chain-verified ownership, market statistics, and our own graded assessments. Some of this is free; some requires a paid subscription.

We describe how every figure is produced on our methodology page.

Nothing on VeVe Alpha is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Our grades, picks, ratings and analysis are our opinion, formed from the data we hold, and they can be wrong.

Digital collectibles are volatile and can lose most or all of their value. Decisions you make after reading this site are yours alone. If you need advice, speak to someone qualified to give it.

We work hard to get the numbers right, and we say publicly what we count and what we refuse to count. But the data comes from marketplaces and a blockchain we do not control, it can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the service is provided as-is without any warranty that it is accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

When we discover an error we correct it and keep the corrected history rather than quietly rewriting the past.

You need an account to use most features. Keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; do not share access or resell what you see here.

You may not scrape the site, hammer it with automated requests, attempt to circumvent paid tiers, or redistribute our data as your own product. Using individual figures with attribution is fine, and welcome.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, who handle the payment and store the card details — we never see your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods.

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. Because access begins immediately, that right ends once you start using the paid features — but if something has gone wrong with your subscription, contact us and we will sort it out. We would rather refund someone than keep money from a person who feels badly treated.

We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell existing subscribers before it affects them.

We email you about your account and anything you have asked us to watch — for example an alert you set up. These are part of the service and cannot be turned off while you have an account.

We also send occasional emails about the market and about VeVe Alpha itself, such as our weekly report. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your account or anything you have paid for.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions based on our data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you — pricing, your rights, how we use your data — we will let you know.
