Imagineer Bjorn Aronson worked three of Disneyland's opening-day attractions into this Fantasyland poster from 1955. Dumbo the Flying Elephant flies guests around a dancing water fountain. As the jubilant circus organ melody begins, Dumbo gracefully lifts off while Timothy Q. Mouse directs the action with help from his “magic” feather. The King Arthur Carrousel and most of its horses date back more than 90 years. Walt Disney purchased and renovated the attraction for Disneyland®, ensuring every child could ride a galloping white horse.
